Smooth Process

Think carefully before registering!

• Have you chosen the level that matches your knowledge?
• Check the class times and days! Do they work for you?
• You must be present for at least 1 hour and 45 minute of a 120-minute class for the class to be validated by the SFA and to receive the certificate issued by the SFA.
• To receive the certificate at the end of the session, you must attend 70% of the classes.

In-person and online classes

To ensure the training runs smoothly, please follow these guidelines :

1. Please use a desktop computer or laptop. Connecting via smartphone or tablet is not permitted.
2. Log in to the session at the scheduled start time to ensure the class begins on time.
3. Find a quiet place conducive to learning. Please mute your microphone when you are not speaking and unmute it only when you wish to speak.
4. Attendance Verification: To ensure your attendance is verified, you must actively participate in the training for at least 1 hour and 45 minutes. Any absence or prolonged disconnection may result in your participation not being validated and, if applicable, the Certificate of Attendance not being issued.
5. Work with the materials presented, requested, and/or shared by the instructor during the online course and actively participate in the proposed activities.
6. Recording (audio, video, or screen capture) of the courses is strictly prohibited.
7. At all times, behave respectfully and courteously toward the instructor, the organizer, and the other participants. Everyone is expected to contribute to a calm, supportive learning environment that fosters discussion. Disrespectful, discriminatory, or disruptive comments or behavior will not be tolerated.
